Translate existing website into wordpress

For SEO reasons we are looking into the possibility to translate our existing website into a wordpress based website. We also have a separate blogger blog which we will need to migrate and join to the main website also on a wordpress based blog. We will need to maintain the same information and similar functions/features, and overall similar clean look. Unce the conversion is done we will need to add a new page with a new product.
