Site design and Wordpress integration

This project has two parts: 1. Design part: ------------------------------------------------- I need a design similar to this example: https://www.nolimitcreatives.com. Same layout, same content, just a different design theme, look and feel. 2. Wordpress integration part: ------------------------------------------------- Once the design is approved, I need this integrated in Wordpress as a theme which is fully editable (no hardcoding) using the editor. Both mobile and web layouts will be exactly the same pixel by pixel, all I need is a different look and feel. The final output should be: - Clean, organised and error free code - Google page speed of the final site should be 90+ - Mobile optimized I will provide you a Wordpress installation where you can integrate this theme. However, this theme should be created in such a way that it can be easily moved to another site in future. Just the usual way Wordpress themes are packaged and distributed.
