Simple WordPress Script

We are looking for a small script to be inserted into all pages and posts of a WordPress website to send SMS using this function. [login to view URL] wp_sms_send( $to, $msg, $is_flash = false ); $to (array) (Required) The receiver number or numbers. $msg (string) (Required) This will be the current page or post URL $is_flash (boolean) (Optional) Only if you want to send flash SMS. The numerical textbox should only allow numbers and should be inside of a groupbox with a label "Send this page or post to a friend." with a button to the right of the textbox. We would like this placed at the bottom of each page or post where the WordPress share social media icons are.
