Simple Booking system admin only in WordPress

I need a small responsive booking system that can do the following:\r\n1. Book and edit/delete a booking from the same page (intuitive overview of bookings) Info needed in reservation; starttime-endtime, name, mail, phone, number of visitors, textarea).\r\n2. Login for 1 user\r\n3. Add resources, in this case meeting rooms.\r\n4. Email notification\r\n5. Start day of the week is Monday.\r\n6. Time format 18:15 (No pm and am)\r\n7. Remember customer for next bookings, then auto fill mail and phone.\r\n\r\nI\\\'m not sure what is best practice to start with, maybe a calender to choose date from? Where you can see the rooms availability\r\nInfo needed about a customer is date, stattime, endtime, name, mail, phone, number of visitors and a textarea for other input\r\nInformation about rooms must contain (TV, Projector and seating places) It must be possible to add or delete fields in resources (rooms) and booking [url removed, login to view] a customerregistry, with invoice fields (company, name, address etc) these fields must be editable\r\n\r\nThere is probably some other minor things I\\\'ve forgotten to mention.\r\n\r\nwill discuss more after selection
