Next and Previous button implementation.

We require themed "Next" and "Previous" buttons to appear on a page when the <!--nextpage--> tag is called.
These buttons must appear at the top of each post and directly below the post content.
The buttons at the top need to be in the title portion of the post area, directly below the title.
The buttons at the bottom need to be directly below the photo and / or text in the post.
Both buttons need to be centred and in the middle of the "Next" and "Previous" buttons the text "1 of 15" etc. needs to show up.
