Migrating to wordpress

We have a website that is currently not hosted on wordpress and is created by a company that uses custom servers. We would like to migrate the website to our own wordpress server (with the same theme).

The admin access to the website does not really provide anything useful in terms of migration so the pages need to manually migrated.
There are 50 pages in total. We would like to migrate all of them. Also the migrated website should pass all the tests on [login to view URL] for both mobile and desktop (i.e. all metrics should be green and more than 90% for both mobile and desktop).
Local SEO is important so it should keep all of the current SEO tags and information, etc.
