Create wishlist page for Woocommerce and edit Product page

We have a Woocommerce website and need a very specific requirement.
We need a developer to create:
- A custom product page (where all the products will be displayed) with a clean layout and the habillity to filter the products based on categories. For this page we will need to remove all the buying options (Add to cart, buy etc). And the only option left will be to Add to Wishlist
- Install a wishlist system where the customer can pick as many items they want from the Product Page and be able to remove/add them. Me as the admin will have to get access to the list for each user.
