Configure Wordpress Plugin free or paid (you decide) to limit access posts by role

I am looking for a WordPress expert who can configure a plugin (either free or paid) to limit access to posts based on user roles. I am open to using either a free or paid plugin, so I am open to suggestions from the developer.
Specific requirements:
- Need solution to create multiple user roles
- Need solution to configure for each post if it's restricted or not, and if restricted what user roles have access to blog post.
- Restricted blog posts should NOT be visible to users with other roles if restricted
- Need method to restrict access to entire "category" to specific user role also, not just by specific post
- Configure the plugin to limit access to posts based on user roles
- Discuss and determine the specific roles that need to be restricted
- Implement the necessary changes to ensure access is limited appropriately
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and its plugins
- Experience with configuring access control plugins
- Ability to understand and implement user role restrictions
- Excellent communication skills to discuss and determine the specific roles to limit access
- Timeliness and ability to complete the project as soon as possible.

WordPress is already installed. I tested multiple plugins. Decided to go with:

i don't need to create payment features or other complicated features. just restrict access to categories + posts.. user that don't have access to items should not see the items in category / search, etc. Now it's blocked just when going to specific post. I need it to be invisible also.
acces when going to a post that is blocked... is prevented. but the post is still listed on pages and in search
need to prevent post to be listed when current user doesn't have access to it
