We are looking to have a piece of software built that allows for a user to download an EXE file that installs a shortcut on THEIR desktop only that opens a URL and the URL has an icon that'll be packaged in the exe file.

Also, we want the software to be able to look at the name of the file and use it for part of the link.

For instance, the user goes to a website to download the software and it has a file name of "[login to view URL]".

When the user runs the software to install it, it'll create a shortcut on the users desktop with the provided icon that goes to a given website such as an example of "[login to view URL]".

We will only award bid to ones who message us directly and not an auto responder.
