ITIL concepts strongly preferred
Experience in working on any anti-virus management tool
Knowledge in patch management like SCCM will be added advantage
Exposure to Windows Architecture, ADS, Networking, DNA and DHCP and Microsoft deployment technologies
Exposure to blackberry enterprise tools or other MDM tools
Strong hardware knowledge in different computer product
