WordPress Revamp for Security Installation Firm

I am looking for a skilled WordPress developer who can bring my basic website to life. I have 5 topic pages ready, plus Terms & Conditions and Contact details, with all text, icons, and images provided.
With this revamp, I need three specific features:
- An online contact form that our customers can use easily
- Secure hosting with email functionality included
- A dedicated page for Terms & Conditions
Moreover, to showcase our best work, I am interested in adding a portfolio or scrapbook feature to the site. But this isn't going to be your standard image gallery. I envision an interactive portfolio with filters, where visitors can easily navigate and view our past security installation jobs. Ideally, the portfolio should be organized by the type of installation we carried out, quickly guiding potential clients to the jobs most relevant to their needs.
The ideal freelancer for this job should have an impressive track record working on WordPress sites, hosting configurations, and interactive portfolio creation. An understanding of how to best leverage site features for a service-industry business is also a big plus. Please include a ballpark figure in your proposal for the complete revamping of the website.
