Website redesign with flash and graphics work - new

We need a static website to be redesigned with new graphical layout and designs. Website is about 50 pages and already available online. You will need to create a new design layout with theme and some graphics. We will provide you Print Graphics PSD files that already has lot of photographs and print designs of brochures etc. that you may use... We also have old layouts available in PSD. There will be minor use of flash (mainly use ready flash player to play jpg banners).. We will provide you the website url in PM for your review of the bid. Also give your timeline for work properly. The person quoting shortest time may be prefered.. so if u can take the project immediately then let me know. I am also considering that project be done in 2 stages. In stage 1 make a copy of the website with some ready template and in stage 2 improve the template. This website is static... some expert web designers preferred with experience of hundreds of sites..
