Need one template designed and coded in HTML/CSS.

Site will be very similar design to [url removed, login to view]

Template will be coded in Dreamweaver (version 8) with editable regions as necessary.

Require minimum of two initial design themes with unlimited revisions on chosen design.

Client has existing logo and colors.

Site should display properly in all major browsers and the Dreamweaver interface.

Project will be considered complete once development files are turned over and editable regions are verified correct.
