Revamp Web UI - Homepage Redesign

I want a skillful Web UI designer to completely revitalize the layout of my existing homepage. Here's what I'm targeting:
• Layout Redesign: I'm looking to shift the positions of some key elements on the page. Specifically, I want to rework the placement of our navigation bar, content blocks, and footer section. Their current positions aren't as effective or appealing as I’d like them to be.
I'm seeking a professional with excellent knowledge of modern and user-friendly web design. Someone who can reposition elements in a way that isn't only aesthetically pleasing but also enhances user navigation and effortlessly directs attention to our brand's unique value propositions.
Ideal skills and experience for the project would include proficiency in UX/UI design, a keen eye for detail and color, and solid experience with typography. Please provide examples of your work when placing your bid.
