Price comparison site needs designing

I am looking for an experienced web designer/ web design team to create a comparison shopping site for me. The programming side of things has been taken care of, I am interested in hiring a company/individual who can create a visually eye catching website, leaving spaces for my programmer to insert the database aspects.
The site will have 5 different pages (we can duplicate these pages to populate the site ourselves)
1) homepage
2) product detail page
3) Best deals page
4) Technology explained page
5) Blog (the blog will be a wordpress blog that will need installing and then skinning in the same style as the rest of the site.)
I will require 3 concepts delivering in psd format, of which I will choose one to be developed. The site will require 4-5 rounds of amends, although I hope it will be less than this. Please indicate in your price, the discount you will offer per round of amends that we save on below 5 rounds.
I will provide the winner with a detailed brief of the layout of each page. I am looking for someone who can create a visually inspiring website that looks fresh and modern!
