I need need someone to built it.

I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I am from india, Kolkata. i want someone who is loyal, friendly, and have expertise on Android , ios app, with website development. it will also have a global payment accept facility. which means i also need someone who can manage all taxes and know about customs or duties and other things etc. Someone also who can create java based games. Someone with some ideas too who can suggest more things to go. And work as a whole buisness team. Which means i want to have my own team. who wont fake me. ready to work with me even if i couldn't pay him/her right now. i will be paying [login to view URL] if the project is completed. Be sure i am not searching for a freelancer , i am searching for people whom i can say as my buisness partners...with whom i can grow up. My projects are quite big. I will complete one by one. But they are sure to run. So that means all who want to work with me should consider as a partner for my business. I wont provide equity. I will pay all monthly as projects starts live. Don't need someone who is only looking for money.
