interactive story webpage template using [login to view URL] or similar for wordpress site

I want to tell interactive stories through my website and I need help! I am not a strong coder so am looking to hire someone who can create a well documented template that I can use to create interactive stories on my website that make use of basic animation, sound and basic interactivity.

The stories will follow a set format, hence the need for a template that allows me to drop in new text, sprites (or whatever the preferred animation/images) and then publish to my website. This way I don’t have to ‘reinvent the wheel’ each time. From the research I've done it seems [login to view URL] would be the best way to go.

Requirements:

Fast, browser based, mobile and tablet optimised

Full width web page experience

Works in wordpress or seamless to redirect from wordpress site

basic animated elements like font and backgrounds

basic interactivity like pressing play/pause on audio or triggering animation by clicking

audio player that can play multiple sounds at once with looping/single play options

I can create images or sprites or animations (gif etc) in photoshop/after effects/sprinter for the animations. I do a lot of sound design/music so that side is straight forward. The stories would be like simple twine ([login to view URL]) stories, passages that have audio/animated elements that click through to the next. As Twine publishes to HTML we could use this as a basis.

First I'd like to spend a couple of hours on chat to make sure I have the preferred code editor and correct libraries installed and the right process to upload to my site and to spec the template. After that the next steps are building the template and teaching me to use it.
