HTML CSS Expert

We are a website development company located in the USA. We are in need of html and css expert to assist us in the conversion of graphical website mockups in the form of images or sometimes as an actual psd file in actual working html and css templates. Experienced in the use of the following a definite plus: 1 - [login to view URL] framework or the ruthsarian layout framework - [login to view URL] - skidoo too or the [login to view URL] yaml framework which is a fork of ruthsarian's layout framework. 2 - creation of css based menus with , and tags [login to view URL], [login to view URL] 3 - Past experience in concept design and typography 4 - Adobe Photoshop We will be paying at very competitive rates on a per project basis. a) Each project will consist of the conversion of one(1) main template and three(2) sub pages to that main template into html. b) We will be providing some html and css code/blocks as well as directions/ instructions as to the specific css class names to be used in the creation of these templates. When responding, please: 1) Send your pricing/rates for complete project as well as the price for an additional sub page of an already crated main template. 2) Links to examples of your most recent works that demonstrate, the use of the table less layout concept - using css. Please note we will be choosing the individual or company with the most experience that fits our needs as well as the most competitive pricing. We are looking to pay the lowest price as possible about $50.00 or less per template as i will be providing the design directions. After the template is created it will passed on to the typo3 expert who will be responsible for the porting of that template onto the typo3 frame work. If you are also a typo3 expert please see our other project as we would ideally like to merge both jobs. We will be looking for a 1 or 2 week turnaround on these types of projects.
