Football Fan Website needs developed

Need a Tennessee Titans fan website developed (homepage only). The site is titansonline.NET. I have something on there currently that is outdated, so I need something new. To see an example of what I'm looking for please go to www.gotitans.com. I would like something similar to the look and feel of this website. I like the way [login to view URL] has a spot in the middle for news (text) and then next to it a spot for a picture that I could easily change in Photoshop or whatever. I would like something similar to this, but not a copy, something unique. I basically would like a photoshop header with maybe vince young and some other current titans players layered in it. I would also like just a few spots for banners (the small square one's) and one spot for a longer (rectangular) banner. I would like navigation buttons that would take you to a forum, a titans merchandise shop, 2007-2008 schedule, player spotlight, other Titans links, about us and contact us. I would prefer someone do a mockup like they do at [login to view URL] and then I pick a winner, that way I don't have to pay you and then end up with something that doesn't work. However if you've already done something similar that I can actually look at, then I would feel comfortable in picking you before any work is done.
