To design and develop a Single Platform for Advertisers to market their products & Services (Real Estate, Vehicles, Services, etc.) and buyers or prospect clients to purchase, contact, collaborate with advertisers and come to an agreement through the platform and sign a digital contract if needed.
Further Advertisers can leverage the platform to collect the one-time payment or recurring payments (ex: property rentals) through the platform without 3rd party involvement.
In addition to the classified platform, freelancing platform where service providers can promote their services (Plumbing, Electrical work, Carpentry work, construction work, etc.) through the platform and find potential clients who required services.
Platform will maintain a wallet and hold Client’s payment until Service Provider completes his work and submit the proof or Client confirms the completion of work and then release the funds for him and also it will give assurance to Client that the Service Provider will not do any fraud or abandon the work in any point of time.
Both platforms will integrated and Service providers can be search and get the work allocated for the specific requirement within the same platform. (ex: if the property is rented out for a tenant and if there’s any repair / maintenance requirement, service provider can be located and assigned within the same platform)
