Development of a tool (website or application) to provide an easy way to visualize the key risks and overall progress of our client’s transformation project. The level of reporting can be described as a high level, executive dashboard, NOT a detailed project management tool.
Or key considerations are:
• Internal use – Tool will be used for tracking high level metrics of an internal project - time, cost, quality & risk. The user group consists of 11 executives.
• Mobile first –Tool will need to be designed for mobile usage, but later be able to be used via iPad & web browser as well
• Clean design – It needs to be a well-designed, simple product (Apple feel)
• Easy to use – Ability to view a high level summary dashboard up front and then easily ‘click into’ each area to see more detail
• Simple data inputs – The tool does not need to be interactive e and the data inputs that it will reflect will be captured on a weekly basis in a standard Excel template by our team which will then need to be uploaded into the tool.
