Build me a Website

Hello , My name is Raj Dilipkumar, I work for a jewellery company. We deal in retail - Gold, Diamonds, Silver and watches. As of now I will mention my requirements for the website and will expect for a quotation from your side. This is once you have gone through the requirements. Then I will have to update my senior for this and once i get approval from the management only then will we start work. 1 - You can decide the platform (even woo commerce is fine ) 2 - The site should be able to manage atleast 200 products. 3 - Need to be loaded within 3 seconds. No pages should take more than 3 seconds to load. 4 - Each product will have 2-8 images. 5 - Need to update the prices of all products by just updating Todays Gold Rate.(I will attach a text document in brief for better understanding ) 6 - Need to manage stock by uploading Excel File ( Will attach a sample excel file with list of products and quantity) 7 - Need to upload new products using a simple excel file.( Will attach a file for this too ) 8 - I will manage the payment gateway part. 9 - Basic options for customer like (add to cart, like, share, Messaging chatting, Filtering of products by Type, price etc) also required 10 - Will start with atleast 5 pages for now ( Homepage, About us, Jewellery, Gifts and contact us) for now we will only start with gold jewellery. later will add diamonds and silver. I would prefer to have a white background as our product images will also be in white background then rest depends on your creativity.
