Dear Freelancers, The goal of the project is to build a simple website where we can share our podcasts/merchandise with our followers BeerIam. is a monthly podcast with inspiring beer experts and valuable stories in the brewing industry moderated by experts in the brewing & malting field and uploaded on a website. This project is for beer lovers and most importantly craft brewers. With every podcast, our audience learn something new and take-out precious information about the industry, market-news, tips & hints, advices, must-know, etc. We have attached for you a look and design impression for the website done by our marketing agency which we would like you to follow (Styling, dates, colors, micro-details), and what we would like to build in terms of functionalities are the following: 1. Podcasts section where the audio files "Episodes" will be uploaded by the website admins. FYI: The podcast is hosted by [login to view URL] 2. Online Shop section for merchandise (for instance t-shirts, hand-sanitizers made out of beer, openers, etc.) Where customers will order online. This can be achieved by using standard Shopify plugin for example? We´re also open to check similar plugins if you have any suggestions. We will find a good fulfilment company; therefore, tasks during linking the website with their platform might be discussed later. 3. Blog section for posts where visitors can comment, react, share. 4. Instagram Feed 5. Social Media links in header (Facebook & Instagram icons) 6. "Contact" function as a side bar that pops up to users with 2-options: • To sign-up for newsletter with an encouraging message to sign-up (reward, info, etc..). • A contact us option where a “form” is displayed after clicking to fill-in with (full name, email address, contact subject, text box to describe the reason in details) then send it to our email address. Important to know: - We require detailed documentation on the technical background of the project and the way it was developed (for instance coding, plugins used, use cases if any, etc.). - We do not want to have black boxed/very hard coded functions; flexibility and convenience for later change are to be taken into consideration and mandatory. - We would like to have a WordPress website manageable from the backend and subject to change by admins; user friendly and convenient. - Regular briefings on the project progress and clear communication.
