Add Arabic language to my current Magento2 website.

I need someone to add Arabic to my current Magento2 website on my local machine. Both for Admin and front store. He is required to connect to my PC using team viewer, and do the change needed online. The website is ready & running locally on my machine.
The current active theme supports RTL.
