Fixing wordpress issues

Hello, I have a wordpress website. I need to do some of the following corrections to main and mobile version. You probably have to know Russian language in order to do this task! It is also very important to know how much time do you need to fix all the problems and I will ask for concrete dates. So if you have a lot of work don’t bother to start this project. If you are confident enough to do it on time I will pay 30$.

1) So first of all I have a video on my website and it does not starts automatically. Its only starts if you press play. But I need - when person lands on the home page, video runs automatically. If its possible to make it like this – if person goes to the other pages of the site and comes back to home page video does not start again and don’t distract him again because its supposed that he already watched it. But in mobile version I need video to run NOT automatically but only if person press play. Besides that I want you to teach or explain to me how to turn on and off video by my self. Because I don’t think its very difficult problem and I just don’t know how to do it.

2) In mobile version I need to fix heading because its misaligned as well as some text of testimonials. If you check the mobile version, you will see what I mean.

3) Also in mobile version if you go to website via Google Chrome you can t press on the phone number to call right away with one touch at the top right corner.

4) If its possible in mobile version I want the map to be static because if you scroll the page with you finger and it touches the map its not very good.

5) Also on the referral (testimonial) page of my website I have words that clients say but I don’t know how to put new words of the clients. So I want you figure out how to do it and tell me how to do it by myself.
