We would like our CMS system to have certain social networking elements similar to [url removed, login to view] and allvoices.com.
This includes the ability of users to send messages to each other.
As administrator, we must be able to manage users... send mass-messages to users... and the ability to be able to approve and reject articles submitted by users.
We have had a problems with website designers making promises to complete project within a certain time, and not doing so.
One website designer, for example, promises to complete a project within 10 days, and after 30 days, has failed to complete the project.
Scriptlance requires bidders to also keep in touch with clients.
Anyone or organization that makes a bid, and fails to comply with a mutually agreed deadline, and fails to provide professional customer service, forfeits the project, that will be awarded to another website design company.
