We have a site already done with php+mysql, but it looks not that great and we are also not good at English, so we need:
[1] You re-design the website, including the logo, banner, web structure. You only need to preserve a few good points from current design.
[2] You need to write all the wording in this site. Currently there are some on site, but not professional.
[3] You need to implement all your work into our current php+mysql code without function changes.
