Modifications CRE Loaded

I require the following changes to my CRE Websites:- 1)Fix alignment make product box's the same size (currently some are longer than others, making the display uneven) Please see attached for screenshots. 2)Remove the 2nd duplicate category headings (and also the category picture). PLEASE SEE ATTACHED for website details 3)Install Google Ad Info Box. (to display random google adds) I don’t know how to set this up. I also need to know step by step how to do this myself so that I can do it on my other websites. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED for website details 4)The list of 10 best selling items is only displaying orders that are placed and paid for by money orders and cheque. It’s not including paypal orders and adding them to the best selling items. I also need to know the solution/fix for this so that I can apply this to my other websites that also have the same problem. PLASE REFER TO ATTACHED FILE FOR FURTHER DETAILS!! THANK YOU
