ipod app - learning game

This project is for a learning game. I need someone who is familiar with iOS/ipad software to generate Apple app store compliant code. Although you are not responsible for whether or not my app is accepted, you would be responsible for providing me with an app that meets all the basic requirements for submitting the app to Apple. Basically I need a template that will enable me to generate content for several learning formats. One template would enable the entering of essay length content with the options of multiple choice, fill in the blank, or essay quizzes. Another template would enable a listing of multiple subjects with each subject linking to its own page of information and questions. As the subjects on the list are completed the listings would change visually to show their completion. There will be voting by ranking system as well. There would be tabulation of the points generated by the user. All of these would be tied together by a menu or index. In addition there would be several other pages such as help and contact info. I will be generating the lions share of the content for this. What I am needing is someone who can provide me a workable template for entering the content. We would agree on a reasonable amount of time from you giving me the templates to me generating the content to testing to initial bug fixes. My understanding of the limitations of testing apps on an actual ipad before submitting, leads me to think a website mock up might be the best way to test a prototype. If you think something else is more workable, please suggest it. I will require a non disclosure contract before submitting content to you. The nature of the templates can accept any content and is therefore not an issue. I am trained in graphic design, but am just starting out so still consider myself green. I am excited about app design and am studying it now but wanted to find someone more familiar with the new iOS app software to help realize my ideas sooner. It is important to me that anyone I work with is patient and willing to communicate clearly and timely during the entire project. I'm a nice guy and I expect anyone I work with to be as well.
