Website re-design

I need to re-design my webpage. I would like to accomplish the following objectives with the re-design 1. Make site structure more friendly to search engines and gain top 10 placement for search term "inland company" - white hat techniques only - I can address through site text as well if I have suggestions from designer. 2. Maintain blog portion, and add blog column for links to other real estate sites. 3. Add new staff profiles for 5 new employees - I will supply the text 4. Add new text to the "Land Brokerage" page along with the ability to regularly update the page with our new real estate listings 5. Add text to the Services Page - I will supply the text 6. Provide company contact info in the "Contact Us" page, along with an email address which will not be discovered by spiders or result in the email address being spammed. However, if you can achieve a similar result with another template, that is fine.
