Website concept design amends from initial concept

The selected "sample concept" is attached, the real one will be sent to the designer winning the bid (PSD file not available just Jpeg and high-res logo)
We need to make some amends to produce the final design within 1 week
HTML / CSS stage will be seperate project.
Changes required to design:
Try something that looks like a prescription from a doctor as a background
Try a “file” navigation and background e.g.

Try navigation using “buttons” with eye-catching colour, like bright blue e.g. [url removed, login to view] (but with the existing wording)
Replace the "Lorem ipsum" title text with:
"a solis ortus cardine"
(Latin phrase which means ['pivot, turning-point'])
***** provide pivotal cost effective solutions to promote pharmaceutical companies in emerging markets across Eastern Europe.
Change the image of the pills / prescription drugs. Use icons or images relating to:
Medicaments, Eastern Europe e.g. Eastern Europe flags example attached), map of Eastern Europe (maybe these can change in the jquery slideshow space ?)
Try speech bubble to jazz up an announcement of the conference on the homepage e.g. "***** conference, Hotel Negresco, Nice, October 2013). Or show in the jquery slideshow space (middle of the homepage) with an image of the hotel. Here's the link to the hotel where it is being hosted [url removed, login to view]
Add a space to show a few quotes, 2 - 3 sentences talking about the merits of annual conference from our participants e.g. "Thanks to ***** for a great time. Well organised and very good speakers. Peter Smith, Head of Marketing, Pfizer" (Could make the text under the main image 2 columns) e.g. See the quote example on this design: [url removed, login to view]
Correct spelling of title under the main image and in the footer to "healthcare"
