Web & Logo Development for an Online Dating Website

Job Description 1. It is a Multiligual Website in 3 languages : ENGLISH, CHINESE & VIETNAMESE. (a)  Replicate "[login to view URL]" with a change to the Colour Scheme ( something similar) . Our website will have similiar functionalities to "[login to view URL]". We will forward the photos that will be used for the home page and other pages of our website. ***NOTE: please give us different colour schemes as well as different logo designs when you submit design templates for our initial approval.  (b) The website needs to be accessed in 3 languages from the Home page: The Home page is in English and has 3 buttons /photos (of ladies of theses nationalities) up the top to select 3 languages (English, Chinese & Vietnamese). Each language page will have its own Profile, Legal, Payments, Membership, etc... When clicking a particular language , users will be able to see the options in only of that selected language. (c) Members' profiles will be seen in all 3 above languages: Regardless of which multilingual site the members create their profiles in the first place, be it in Vietnamese or in Chinese or in English, their profiles will be seen by all members of our website  2. TRANSLATION Plugins /API:  This tranlation service will be a feature of our website that enables members to translate messages/ emails that they receive from other members who don't speak the same language.( For example, an English speaking male from Australia contacts a Chinese / Vietnamese female (who doesn't speak English) via email. She can then use the 'translation plugin' to translate his message in Chinese / Vietnamese ; and vice versa when she replies to him in Chinese / Vietnamese , he can translate it in English). This translation service will also be an option in the Email window and Chat window from where user can select his chat language, it will NOT open any new link or NOT redirect to any other website (such as "Google translate").  3. Logo Design: your input and creativity are welcome. We will forward to you a few ideas. 4. Content Management System: to edit things ourselves, also enable members to edit their own profiles, upload photos and request online chat, ect... We also want to monitor members' creation of their profiles so not to include their personal contact details (email, mobile, facebook, ect...) otherwise their profiles will be cancelled. Further we want to monitor memberships so that members are able to contact other members when they pay their memberships. 5. Database driven through MySQL  6. Payment gateway /Credit card facility: Amex, Mastercard & Visa AND Paypal 7.  We want our website to have a link to another website: "[login to view URL]" at the bottom of the page of HOME PAGE so that members of our Online Dating site can click on the link to "sealrockshouse.com.au. " Also when members exit or log out they will be automatically taken to "[login to view URL] " 8. Our Domain names:" [login to view URL] " AND "[login to view URL]  " to be linked so when users type in either name, our website will come up. 10. Business features includes the following : 10.1.  Online Chat (members are able to accept/decline online chat ONLY when they pay for their memberships ) ; the Translation Plugin is to be visible and accessible for online chat in the Chat Window. 10.2. Email; the Translation Plugin is to be a feature and accessible in the email window Only when members already pay their membership, they are able to use this translation service. 10.3.  'Alert email'  are sent to members when they receive emails/messages from other members via emails and My Favourite/Hotlist 10.4. Payment gateway /Credit card facility (Visa & MasterCard)/PayPal ; 10.5. Find us on Facebook/Twiter; Email a friend 10.6.
