Visual Social Bookmarking Site

Need a coder/programmer and designer to help build a small niche visual bookmark site. Site will need the following functionalities: Bookmarklet to tag images from sites as well as upload from desktop. Upon upload of images users have a pull down menu for mandatory tags as well as option to add new tags Users are by invite only. Users have varied permissions - 1.) full bookmarking/upload access, 2.) view only/save to personal account, 3.) view only 4.) Upload for consideration only User authentication. Users can create customized profile page. Calendar. Email. Personalized bookmarks/groups. Users can tag inappropriate content, rate, comment, send private messages, IM, etc. Private message boards. Discussion threads. User rating based on activity, most followed, experience, etc. Searchable based based on tags, users, most popular, most recent, etc. Site should be dynamic and work across all media platforms (web, mobile, iPad, etc.) Compatible with multiple browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) Owners of the tagged content (the copyright owner) can upload additional images to build specific portfolios. Owners of copyrighted imagery can upload images "for consideration" in a separate section. Page of curated RSS feeds to create a magazine like feel - like Flipbook, etc. Clean design to appeal to an artistically minded community. Programmers/coders should provide a recommendation as to what code/platforms//host sites they would use to build site. Applicants must provide a link to personal website as well as at least 3-4 samples of work/code you created for other similar social media type networks. Designers should have a clean, simple "Apple-like" aesthetic. Please provide at least 3 samples of similar social media websites you have designed.
