new web site about termite control services

Hi, I am looking for someone to build a website for me. Site is for the ‘termite baiting control’ industry the site will need to be based on a CMS so the site can be updated by us. – Wordpress or Joomla is fine? Site needs a photo gallery that can be updated by us too.
