Need Word press website Setup

Hi Web Designers, I am looking for someone to design and install a wordpress blog to my go daddy hosting account. Below is an example of the site I will be emulating. [login to view URL] I will be having all the content written up by my writer and I also have an Aweber account to install email submission form. I will be creating these pages to ultimately market my web cam network launching in May this year. As you can see from the example, the premise of these pages is to train web cam models. I also have stock images that you may work with... The site design template must be sleek, sexy, and have that glamour feel to it. Not Vulgar, No nudity, and No hardcore XXX feel... Must be inviting and seem very clean to attract future models. Remember that the focus of these pages is Web Cam Models, so keep that in mind when designing. Please have framework and design uploaded in 3 days. The designer of these pages will also be paid a monthly fee for as long as you make the small changes and updates as necessary... Monthly fee will be negotiated once we know how many changes will be necessary. Should this project go well, I will also be using you to create a clone of the website and will be focused towards training and signing up affiliates.
