We need a website to be designed and built. Software needs to allow posts, pictures, and detailed ratings. Membership software with postings, rating, and stipulations, ie.. if this box is checked it counts 5 points, if this box is checked, 8 points... this is for product ratings for wholesale items. Members/products need to be searchable in database. Also need to be able to submit feedback from mobile devices so we need a mobile website/application built as well. Website software features will mimic M y S p a ce. co m, U bi d. co m and Rip off report. co m. This is a long term project so we are looking to build a good relationship. The project will be broken up into phases with cost breakdowns. Initial site launch is budgeted for $1500-$2500, but with SEO, link building and continuous updates we are looking at $5000+. If you don't have amazing feedback, don't bid. If you don't have a portfolio of webwork with references, don't bid. Payments will be made promptly, on time as long as the work is done right. We have 4 other websites in limbo until this one is started, so more work will surely go to the right person. Generally we filter out $30,000-$50,000/year in freelance work.
