25 Graphic Icons

We need 25 icons made in the size 100x100 pixels. They should all be on white background and in PhotoShop or Illustrator format (with transparent background).
The icons should be really nice and illustrate the following webpages:
“My Profile”
Containing member details such as name, address, phone number, email address etc.
“Username & Password”
Allows the member to change his login username and password.
“Payment Info”
Contains the member’s credit card information.
“Access Numbers”
This is a list of phone numbers the member can dial in order to make overseas calls (like access numbers for calling cards).
“Registered Numbers”
Here the member can register his own cell phone or landline phone number to be used with our service.
“Private Numbers”
These are real telephone numbers that the member can buy from different locations around the world. Could for example be a USA or Israeli phone number.
“Speed Dial”
This allows the member to configure up to 10 phone numbers that can be called via Speed Dial. When using Speed Dial the member enters a number from 0-9 followed by the # key.
“Web Callback”
This webpage allows the member to enter two phone numbers that will then be connected to each other.
“Call Me For Free Button”
This allows the member to place a piece of program code on his Website or in the emails he is sending out. Visitors can then click the button and enter their telephone number and be connected to the member free of charge.
“Call History”
This displays the Call History or Call Records for the member (when did he call, who did he call, how long was the call, how much did it cost etc.)
“Call Rates”
This display the Call Rates for calling the various destinations (call phones and landline phones) all around the world.
“Shopping Cart”
This is the online Shopping Cart where the member can purchase various items.
“Monthly Orders”
Here the member can view the monthly orders he is currently subscribing to. Each month we (the company) will bill the member according to the monthly products he is subscribing to (typically a Call Plan or a Phone Number).
“Gift Certificates”
Here the member can view the balance of a Gift Certificate. A Gift Certificate is like a Voucher which holds a certain denomination that can be used as payment method in our Shopping Cart.
“Invoices”
Here the member can view his invoices showing which products he has purchased in the past.
“Binary Tree View”
This shows a binary genealogy (two-sided tree view) of other members who are also members of our company.
“Tabular View”
This is a page showing multiple rows of members.
“Personal Sponsored”
Here the member can view the other members that he has introduced (sponsored). We are operating after the “member get member” principle also known as “Referral Marketing”.
“Default Placement”
This screen allows the member to define where in the "Binary Tree" a new member should be positioned (Left side or Right side).
“Ewallet”
This is an electronic wallet showing how much money the member has earned.
“Ewallet History”
Here the member can see the history of his earnings (dates and amounts).
“Ewallet Transfer”
Here the member can request to have his ewallet amount transferred onto his Debit Card which can then be used in any ATM.
“Commission History”
This shows a point based system describing how many points the member has earned and how much that is in Dollars.
“Point History”
Here the member can see a detailed breakdown of all the points and the activity they were earned on.
“Resell Bonus”
This bonus is based upon the number of persons the member has personally sponsored. For each member a certain amount of dollars is paid out.
All icons must of course be made by yourself and they must all follow the same color scheme (look and feel).
