Graphic Design for Website

Hi there, Looking for someone that can design the background image/wallpaper for my client's website. See attachment for mockup. I have sketched a possible version of the background but I am happy to go with suggestions. Expect that there may be several revisions/changes until we have done it right. The background image must match and fit perfectly with the design, theme, typography, etc, of the website. Be mindful that there is white text in the foreground so good contrast between foreground white text and background is important. The background that you currently see here is a default design ONLY- please DO NOT use any of its elements to create a new, fresh design. Please note that the background must also work properly in all browser types and screen resolutions, and on all pages of website. Secondly, once I approve the design- then you must install it and test it to make sure it works across all browser types. Also, you must supply all of the graphic files (JPEG, BMP, TIFF, PSD).
