RC Drilling wordpress website theme revamp

Basically we have a wordpress website set up ([url removed, login to view]) with all the info and pages setup. We are currently using the u-design theme, and we are looking for a website designer to basically update the website design (using the already installed theme) to a more professional looking website in accordance to our direction.
Upon further discussion we may also get some help with optimizing SEO and other small features such as adverts for an additional fee.
