Create Web design for three pages return PSD

Dear all, I am developing a weather website that will have three distinct website pages (at least three that need different designs). A home page, a booking page and a result page. I have: - A very detailed design specification (PDF) - A development version that you can use as an idea on how to start. I will send you the url over PM. - Very few elements. I expect this to be quite a short project. See the mockup I have created attached. I expect: - To be able to iterate back and forth until I am satisfied with the design - Three PSD's for each different section - You to follow my design specification (attached). Please note that the design specification might be (slightly) altered before the project starts. The scope will be the same.
