Website Audio Player Design and Development -- 2

Hello every one, I am developing audio website application that enables the user to play and download audios that are stored in my servers. I created the things that are related to basic functionality such as playing and downloading the audio, the things that I left with are the user interfaces and audio player. I want someone professional in Ajax, JQuery, JavaScript, Css, html5, Asp.net and most important expert in graphic design to create the player interface that should include the following items. 1. The player should have a Thumbnail for the audio that being played. 2. The player should have the tittle for the audio being played. 3. Audio controls such as play, stop, progress, volume control…etc. 4. The player should have the buttons that enable the user to share the audio on social network websites such as Facebook, twitter, google+ with their APIs that do this functionality. 5. The player should have a list of links that enable the user to download the audio in different formats. 6. The player should have a search textbox and search button that can be inside the player interface or stick to it. The search items enable the user to search for different songs in my website, you don’t have to develop the search functionality. I just need the interface components. 7. The player should include download button that enable the user to download the current audio. 8. It will be great if you can add visualization for the audio playing. 9. The player should be compatible with all desktop browsers and mobiles browsers. 10. The appearance for the buttons and interfaces should somewhat similar to the appearance for this website (very attractive). 11. You should provide me with the blueprint for the player and where the place for each element will be before you start the development so that we can modify the design if necessary before you start development. 12. The whole design for the player should not exceed the space determined in the attached image. Please don’t bid if you are not sure you can do all these things. It will be great if you show me examples for the works that you did before, and don’t bid more than the project budgets because I will never hire award it with more than the current budget.
