Create a web scrapper and install it on a server

We need to scrap all the pages on several tables from this website "[login to view URL]" and download them to a xlsx file. Steps for scrapper:
1) Enter the website, you will see a list of projects and the option to "SHOW DATA" for them.
2) Scrapper must go to each one of the projects.
3) On the website that opens, go to: "All tokens".
4) There will be a table with several pages, this is the data to scrap.
5) Scrapper must download all pages on the table to a single excel file, one per table.
6) Scrapper must have the option to download all tables listed or just the one that I choose.
7) Each files must be formatted as "collection-name-day-time(EST).xlsx"
8) Scrapper must be delivered installed, tested and running on a server
9) Scrapper must have the option to work manually or automatically every number of hours that we chose.
