Hello there, Could you explain more about the project please? I assume you need these phones for the advantages of the new registered Azure account. I currently have 2 numbers, and probably I can make it 6 or 7. If you'd like to buy a new phone number, it's price is around 75-85 TRY (~15 USD) among the operators. After a research, Turkcell also have this new promotion. I can contact them and see if it continues for you.
