About point N°2 : Do you mean you need to use a password to install and connect to application ? About point N°7 : I see 2 reports in the jpg document you provide : payment and funds report About The "rec" field. I think it means the "record". Does it correspond to a payment or any another event ? About attendance : How the attendance would be entered in the software (File, manual typing) ? About warning message : the warning message (about student absence and deny) has to be shown in the student profile or sent by email ? I hope you'll contact me soon. Sacha. As a current developer and administrator for the past decade, I believe I am best suited to building your project. I can't seem to access the images, and would appreciate if you could send them along. As for the actual database, the way I see it, the entire system can be built in MS Access with ease. To prevent issues, we simply split the database into a front end and back end that will allow an 'app' installation without compromising the data. This is setup via a datasource link. If you don't have the link, the database does not work. Doing this also allows you to backup the core data much easier than normal as the data and user parts are seperate. Reports, warnings, forms and everything else can be built much easier and faster and cheaper, as you already have MS Access.
