Need Modifications to vb6 app - several projects ongoing

I have a web application that i am looking for someone to learn and make changes to. The program consists of several projects mostly wriiten in vb 6. There are a few areas written in visual c++ but I would say about 98% of the project is in vb6. The application supports both oracle and sql server 2000. There are also reports in oracle reports and Miscrosft Reports (vs2003). I am looking for someone or a company that can handle updates in all these areas. We do releases on this application every quarter so this will be an ongoing project for whoever bid gets accepted. The first project consists of doing a couple simple changes on 2 different reports. Each had a total number of changes made durring a date range. I would like to break this total down into how many changes were done for each shift (Early,Late,Night,Fourth Shifts) I can provide you with any code that you may need to get this done. The detailed requirements can be found on: <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
