Charity - Appointment Manager and statistic

Create an application with access to manage the appointment for a charity organism and be able to generate reports based on the type and the number of appointment by week, months and years. This association help people giving personal services like friend visit, accompaniment for medical appointment, etc.. We need to add / remove client, volunteers, appointment, Should have 1 table for clients with the following column : Nom : texte Prenom : texte Adresse : texte Telephone : texte Email : texte Service required (drop down list with following value : VA, VC, PI, ACC, ADM, FI, FE) Statut : Actif or Inactif Contact : texte language : texte 1 table for volunteers : Nom : texte Prenom : texte Sexe : list : H or F Adresse : texte Telephone : texte Email : texte Membership date : date Statut : Actif or Inactif Contact : texte language : texte Forms appointment should contain : To add an appointment we need to select : the name and fistname of the clients the date and hour of the appointment service needed : VA, VC, ACC, PI, ADM. FI or FE location : texte commentary ; texte the volunteer assigned the status : completed or not yet Also if the service needed is VA the appointment should be recursive once a week until the end of the current year. We need to have a forms for reporting containing the number of service done by week, month and year and the number of hour by services. VA = 2 h VC = 3h ACC = 4h PI = 1h We need to be able to send an email to all the volunteers actif with outlook, using a button in the forms or something like that. For ADM, FI, FE, need to have a field duration include in the appointment forms to specify the number of hour.
