Press Release Software Needed

I need some software making that will subit my press release to 35 sites. The software must do the following 1. Sign up at each site (if needed) and confirm email via any pop3 account 2. Submit my press release to each site 3. Provide a status report on all activites that it does 4. After submission it must show the urls of the press releases and a status i.e succeeded/failed etc 5. There must be a log showing what the software is doing at all times, i.e signing up here, comfirming email etc 6. Must support proxies with username and password or without 7. Must have a nice looking GUI with space to add my images Please PM if you want a list of the sites. Proffesional coders only please.
