Remove white background from 16 imaages ( white background JPG) of individual people as as PSD and PNG

I require someone who is a photo shop expert to remove the white background from 16 images of individual people. Each of these pictures is a photograph of one person on a white background. I simply want you to go into photo shop and to remove the white so that it becomes transparent. I am attaching an example. You must make sure that the edges of each photograph are not damaged when removing the white background.
