Design/Edit images for Wall Stickers

I am looking for a graphic designer or a vworker with similar ability to help make changes to current images as well as design new images on a monthly basis. These images will then be used as templates to create wall stickers.
Each month I require:
1. 20 complete new designs - ideas/suggestions will be provided
2. 20 changes to current files in EPS files - these will be sent each month
3. 20 settings examples (context images), therefore put the image onto a background setting.
A new job will be posted each month for the 60 files and the vworker that proves they can delivery this job will be given the job each month.
Examples can be provided of the type of images required. Coloured designs should be limited to 6 colours (rgb) please.
This a huge opportunity for ongoing work.
