CAD Files to 3D Blender Model

$0Hi,$0$0? $0$0I am looking for someone to take some CAD files (DWG format)and make the same model in Blender as a 3D environment.? $0$0? $0$0There are three parts for this project.? The first is to create a basic 3D floor plan fromthe CAD files.? You might be able to usea tool like “DWG To DXF Converter Professional 2008?? (<[login to view URL]>)to get the model into model and then modify it so it looks like a 3Dmodel.? I have attached an image of whatthe final 3D environment should look like as an example.? $0$0? $0$0The second part for this project is to show the water linesin the floor plan (these are DWG files too).? I should have the ability to display on/off the water lines in thewireframe view.? Also, if you know of away to make the walls semi-transparent so you can see the water lines thatwould be preferred (note: however I would have to have the ability to make thewalls semi-transparent or not-transparent).? $0$0? $0$0The third part of this is to create a couple of fly though animations(both with the water lines on and off).$0$0? $0$0Also, if you know how to turn this Blender model into a gameenvironment using the game engine in Blender to simply allow me to walk throughthe model and show the water lines on or off and also push certain objects aroundsuch as a bed or chair I will do this as a separate contract.$0$0? $0$0Thanks$0
